We’re excited to share The pillars of listening to trauma. Trauma has become a buzzword and carries a deep need for connection with others. The truth is everyone has some form of trauma. Whether it’s a physical accident, dealing with a lifetime of abuse, or carrying generational unhealed wounds, healing begins with listening.
Listening doesn’t happen only in our ears. It happens when we are in deep relationships and connecting in more ways than one. It starts with believing the person who’s sharing.

Emotional Education 101
This is a 12-hour course to support people in understanding emotions through the Change Triangle Tool, combining didactic learning, experiential exercises, and space to process emotions authentically with others.

Custom Training and Consulting
Karen Iverson Riggers & Lynn McLaughlin use their professional group training skills to design custom programs for groups. In addition, consultant services are provided to assist organizations in integrating new support systems that address groups' emotional and non-clinical mental health needs.
