The Missing Piece FOr black women

We’re excited to share with you “The Missing Piece for black women!”

Societally, we have many educational options for physical health (nutrition, exercise, etc.) and mental health (therapy, treatment, support groups, etc.), but what about our EMOTIONAL HEALTH?

We recognize that education about emotion itself has been missing from the big picture of self-awareness, connection, and healing for too long. We strive to change that.

As humans, we are emotional beings. It is natural to feel and express what’s going on inside of us. However, for many, our culture has stifled this important aspect of who we are.

We want to open a dialogue about what it means to fully feel our emotions, the fear and discomfort we may experience around them, and what it means to sit with someone else who is expressing their emotions.

Our emotions can be a great guiding compass for us. It can guide our path through the world, strengthen relationships, and build bridges of understanding with others.

Through this training, not only have our own lives shifted, but many of the people who have taken Emotional CPR and The Missing Piece training have expressed that it’s given them back their humanity. We’re excited to share it with you!

Sincerely,

Tameika Hughes & Lanise Pitts
