A public health education program to prepare people to assist someone who is experiencing emotional distress. This community-based training is for everyone! The training will take place at Ebb & Flow Connections Cooperative at 113 W. Harris St., Appleton, WI.

Here's your chance to participate in paradigm-shifting training on emotional and mental health and how to be with someone in emotional distress. You will learn the key social and emotional connection concepts and practice these steps during your training. This is a 12-hour training. You will receive a certificate of completion and 12 peer support continuing education hours.
